This Government was based on checks and balances, therefore when Police cross the line, abuse police powers, or disrespect the residents who they are charged with serving and protecting, we are here to let others know.

Texas Trooper Excessive Use of Force
This is apparently what Happened; Just before 3am on October 10th,
Whitney Fox called for help after having crashed into the wall along a
tollway. Whitney states that her friend pulled on the steering wheel and
caused her to swerve and crash. Shortly after Trooper Arturo Perez
arrives. Whitney was trying to tell Perez that her friend grabbed the
wheel and caused the crash, but he wouldn't listen and instead
