Adrianne Ledesna Called the 911 for her father who was on the kitchen floor, unconscious and shaking with a severe seizure, after having gone brain surgery three weeks prior.
The dispatcher, Sergeant Robert McFarland refused to send an ambulance because the Ledesna was heard swearing prior to him answering the 911 call.

This is amazing to me. I don't know, but I am sure that atleast 75% of the times people call 911, they are in a state of
panic and swear words have to come out! I mean come on, you call 911 when something is happening.
Then to top it off, Sgt. Robert McFarland arrests the girl for coming in to complain about his lack of professionalism.
Disorderly Conduct in most states is drunk in public, "disturb the peace", or to loiter in certain areas. Who's peace did she disturb, the officer's? Nope, not that easy, it must be the public's peace! So here we are again, where a Cop has taken things personally and made an arrest on nothing more than his personal agenda! Not just should Sgt. McFarland be fired, but arrest for False Arrest (False arrest = held in custody without probable cause or without an order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.)
