This video is a follow up to the Baptist Pastor Beaten and Tazed by Border Patrol article that was posted a few days ago.

This guy was stopped at a random Border Patrol check point, and declined a search of his vehicle (within his rights). The Cops said that a dog alerted on his vehicle, indicating that there were humans or drugs inside his vehicle, even though he claims that NO dog alerted! And nothing was found in his vehicle afterwards!

Did anyone notice the hesitation on the Cops voice when asked "what crime did I commit?"

When did the law "you have to obey me" come out? You have to follow Police orders during incidents of emergencies, and certain public safety situations, but when you are conducting an illegal search on a citizen's vehicle --there is not "you have to obey me" law. Once again the cocky attitudes of Cops has to stop, they are not god all might!

We all know COPS LIE all the time! And once again they use the excuse "the dog alerted", which is obviously false, or the dog alerted falsely. Either ways, I would like to either a policy or law go into affect stating that anytime Cops are going to use the "Dog Alert" as a reason for search, probable cause, or even reasonable suspicion, to have the dog alert video taped. Obviously if they have time to wait for the dog to respond, they have time to get a video camera there! It would only save the Police Departments from law suits, and us law abiding citizens from these unlawfully searches.
